Etchings
In 1985 I came in contact with the Centre Genevois de Gravure Contemporain, in Geneva, a printing studio and workshop. Between 1985 and 1990 I created number of etchings there. I liked the direct drawing on the zinc-plates without much possibility of correcting. I also liked the handicraft part of the work: the preparing of the plates, the etching in the nitric acid, the printing.
