I have never been to Sarajevo

My contribution to Sarajevo-Zurich: Unlimited, a project with a dozen artists from Sarajevo and Zurich, initiated and organised by Transalpin-Art. The project was exhibited in the summer of 2017 first in Zurich and later in Sarajevo.
Sarajevo went through three wars in the past century. During that time Zurich could develop continually. I am at home in Zurich, I have (at that time) never been to Sarajevo. Both Zurich and Sarajevo are located in the middle of Europe. Yet Sarajevo, together with almost all of eastern Europe, is a blind spot on my interior map.
